Add time and date to signatures automatically

We are having push back in our state, that we dont have the time stamp and date automatic to our digisign like dotloop and transaction desk does and it is being challenged by people against our clients. Yes, the agent can add it, but it doubles the work and when they are excited and used to working on those systems that do it automatically it sure would help us as broker to be able to follow time lines a whole lot easier.

You can adjust these settings by clicking DigiSign > Your Name > Preferences:

I just had a huge blowup at a closing yesterday and it only got saved because of the date and time stamp.

I second this idea! We are coming from Dotloop where all signatures and initials were time and date stamped automatically. I can't think of a situation where anyone would NOT want this done.

Hi Eric,

I would like to have an option to automatically add dates to signatures and initials.

Docusign had this automatically and it was great.

Every signature for us needs a date and time.

Initials are mostly like this as well.

There are more instances where it is required to have a date time stamp than not.

Please do this asap!

Are there any situations where you wouldn't want a date to be automatically applied to a signature?
How about initials? Would this apply to initials as well?
