Accessibility for people with visual impairments

I was disappointed to learn that unlike other signature platforms, digisign does not have accessibility features that would enable those with visual impairments to use the system. It needs to have the built-in capability for a user to utilize their screen reader within the system to review and sign documents.

Thank you for sending this feedback. We are aware of this and we do have this on our roadmap for the new version of DigiSign that's being worked on.

  1. What screen reader are you currently using? I'd love to test against this when we get to this in our roadmap.
  2. Which specific parts of DigiSign have been the most difficult to use? Does the difficulty extend to the emails DigiSign sends as well?
  3. What other e-sign products have you used in the past that have worked incredibly well for you?
  4. What has your experience been like using the rest of SkySlope's transaction management product?
  5. What workarounds are you currently employing to use DigiSign given the lack of accessibility?
