I use Digisign for most correspondence throughout the transaction. It would be nice to have folders that would help with organizing the documents. Very helpful.

I like to use multiple folders so that I can divide offers. We may have 10 offers on one house and I really like to file each offer in its own folder organized by Broker Name and Buyer last name. This allows us to keep a lot of chaos on order.

Can you tell me more about how you imagine structuring your folders? Would it be based on any specific data?
Would you expect to create envelopes from within a folder or move there after sending/completion?
Do you come back to DigiSign to locate a document after it has been signed or do you go to the transaction?
