I use Digisign for most correspondence throughout the transaction.  It would be nice to have folders that would help with organizing the documents.  Very helpful.

I like to use multiple folders so that I can divide offers. We may have 10 offers on one house and I really like to file each offer in its own folder organized by Broker Name and Buyer last name. This allows us to keep a lot of chaos on order.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this feedback. This is a really interesting idea that I would love to explore further. I have a couple of follow-up questions for you:

  1. Can you tell me more about how you imagine structuring your folders? Would it be based on any specific data?
  2. Would you expect to create envelopes from within a folder or move there after sending/completion?
  3. Do you come back to DigiSign to locate a document after it has been signed or do you go to the transaction?
