Error message

Requester

Digisign. Whenever it gives an error message it should take you to the box. I spent an hour looking for the error and finally called support to help find it. It should put the error in red or take you to it. I was trying to get an offer submitted and may have lost the deal because of the wasted time.

  1. Was this in the envelope creation experience or the signing experience?
  2. What was the error due to?
  3. Once you found the error, how did you correct it?
  4. To avoid this in the future, what would you expect to happen?
