We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterWhen you have documents signed without a property to attach them to, they are saved in Digisign. Once a property file is created, there should be a way to simply transfer the signed documents from Digisign to the file. Currently you have to save the signed docs to your computer then transfer them back to the file.

AgentHi Alex,
Eric, one of the Product Manager's at SkySlope, here! Thanks for taking the time to submit this. Good news! You can achieve this. All completed documents sent without a property assigned will show up in the Working Documents (under Personal Documents) section of your account. Select the document and then click "Assign." From there, you will be able to select the property you want to assign it to.
Check out this video showing how to use this feature: https://support.skyslope.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000759892-Working-Docs-Agent-Overview
If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
