Writable Fields

Sometimes I need a signer to fill in information such as their phone number or address. Unfortunately, when I use the writable field for this, DigiSign requires everyone to initial the document again at the end. This is annoying my clients. I would understand the need for an initial if something contractual was changed but not informational. DocuSign does not require this.

Couple of follow-up questions:

What would you consider to be a contractual change?
How often do you make contractual changes to documents sent for signature?
Can you describe a situation where this has occurred?
