When wanting to edit a Digisign envelope, it should allow the admin/agent to edit the document without voiding previously finished signatures. It not make sense that we cannot edit a document for 1 signer without voiding out the rest. Docusign allows you to edit without voiding and is a much more advanced tool to use for digital signatures. Digisign is lacking! Digisign should also allow the admin/agent to view what has been signed so far and it does not! My client was having an issue with Digisign and it would not show me what he had completed because he had not hit "submit" but that feature was not present yet because he didn't hit "next" on a missing box. This system needs a lot of work. I highly recommend someone in office get a Docusign account and see how much more advanced the system is and how we are lacking in tools by using Digisign.

Hi Brandi,
Tyler from the Product team here at SkySlope. Was the email typo the only information in the envelope that needed to be edited?

When we corrected a typo in an email address, everyone who had already signed, had to sign again. Including the person who filled out the property disclosure - he had to answer 5 pages of questions a second time.

Hi Larissa!
Thanks for this feedback. We're hard at work on an update to DigiSign, right now! I'll add these suggestions to our list for consideration.
I'd like to ask you a few follow-up questions:
This scenario where you wanted to make an edit for 1 signer after other had signed, can you tell me more about this? What type of edit to the documents were being made?
Would you expect the previous signers to acknowledge (initial or approve) any edits made to the document after they have signed?
If so, are there any changes you might make after a signer had signed, where you would not expect them to acknowledge the change?
