Switching over from Docusign I have become accustom to getting an email notification when signers have not only SIGNED but VIEWED a session. Although you can see this in the history section it is helpful for realtors who work in teams and operate under one account. It cuts down time logging in an out to check on the status of a session

Thanks for the feedback! I'll definitely include this with our list of feature considerations. I can see how see how having this notification would cut down your need to log into SkySlope to check the status of the envelope.
Couple of follow-up questions:
When you have received these types of notifications, in the past while using DocuSign, how did you use that information?
Are there any other notifications you would want to receive as part of the envelope?
Is email your preferred method of getting these notifications or would you like to get these notifications another way?
