RequesterWe have lenders who request the certificate from digisign because digisign does not note with the initials/signatures they have been verified. Here is an email we received:
Please send us the DigiSign Certificate for the P & S and ICA. We will need this for every document you guys use DigiSign for (for every client we do a mortgage for with you guys), because DigiSign does not note with the initials/signatures they have been verified. DigiSign puts a verification at the top of each page, but there is no way to know what signatures belong with the verification. Per the E-Sign Act, we need to document the e-signing platform used meets the E-Sign Act criteria. Big ol’ pain, sorry!
Because of this we have to do so many more steps every time we use digisign and its hard on us and our affliates. Please consider making changes.
Thanks so much!

RequesterHI Danielle,
Go to the completed tab under Digisign and find the document that you sent. If you click the history at the far right, looks like a reverse arrow, it will bring up the history for the document. You will see a view certificate at the upper right. Click that and it will bring up the certificate you are looking for.
Have a great day!

RequesterI just received an email requesting the certificate from digisign but I haven't experienced this yet. Anyone know how to retrieve that certificate? Thanks in advance!
