Requester

Each time I get into this program, the name of the client is not in filled when I select the transaction. This is THE MOST TEDIOUS process I have ever encountered on any Esig program EVER!!!

Why can't it be set up that once you enter a name (as in other programs) anywhere in this program (as it is in other esig programs) it saves that information so that I dont have to type it in each time!

ONCE & DONE!!!

Good morning Bailey :-) Thanks for responding and Quickly, I'd like to add!

a dropdown of all parties (emails) in the transaction would be phenomenal!

Thanks so much - and feel free to contact anytime & let me know how I can help!

Hi Jena!
Bailey from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback on the "Share by Email" functionality. How would you prefer to see the contacts to appear when sharing by email? Perhaps a dropdown of people in the file or something else? Any recommendations you can give us will help us dig deeper into this! I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments.
Thanks again and have a great day!

The work around is: from Signed Documents tab - Right click the File details tab and open link in new tab or window, then copy and paste the email address you want to Share by email screen... It's not perfect... but will work until Skyslope developers find a solution

I'm referring to "Sharing" the signed documents. I use the "Share by email" to Track my emails to the other party's Broker.

Each time I get into this program, to Share by email (Not send for signature) to Share by email, I have to find the file and key in the email address to be sent to. This is the most tedious process I have ever encountered on any E-sign program. I've used a few different platforms and all have a Share signed files within the e-sign platform. What if I don't have the file handy? This causes delays and in our field work delays are not acceptable, especially in this day and age of technology. E-sign was meant to be fast and convenient.

Should be a pretty simple coding solution - the email addresses are Already stored in the File Details under Basic details  Contacts

Hi Scott,

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. In the current version of DigiSign, as long as your file has a contact and you navigate to DigiSign from the documents or checklist tab, or select the property in the New Envelope screen, the contacts should be automatically populated into DigiSign. If you find this is not happening, please either reply here or reach out to our support team with the example.

Thanks,

Jason R. DigiSign PM
