Whenever I need to have a client acknowledge receipt of a work order or some other random disclosure receipt, I have to find a spot on that form for them to do so. And if the form is cluttered or "busy" it's often hard for the person checking my document to see where or if my client signed it. So it would be very useful to have a signature option that included a thick border around the signature with the words "Read & Reviewed" embedded in the border. Better yet, make it a light gray box with that same border around it and the signature atop the gray box. This would make it Much easier to spot where the client signed. Our broker, who reviews our files, says that it's often like an Easter Egg Hunt to figure out whether the client signed the document that's been uploaded. This would solve that.  DocuSign always puts a border around its signatures, which makes it easier to spot. This would be along those same lines, but even better.

Hi Rod, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback! We are currently working on a new version of DigiSign that will have several improved features, and we are focusing on better ways to call out the signing blocks to the signers. If I understand your feedback, you're also saying it would also be helpful to call out signatures on completed documents so it's easier for a Broker to review. Is that correct? This is great feedback and please let us know if you have any other ideas or pain points.

Thanks,

Jason R. DigiSign Product Manager
