DigiSign too cumber sum for Broker/ Manager to review documents and approve

I now know how to get my signature on the documents. It seems a little cumber sum. My Admin receives the documents I go into "review documents" I accept or reject " but I can't initial or place mys signature on the documents at that time. I now have to do to digisign and select the document and sign it. Am I missing something? Can I sign in "review my documents?" or quick review?

Hi Al & Scott - thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback. Al - your initial observation is spot on; it's currently not possible to sign a document while in the review documents or quick audit section. We've heard this before and will be something we look to improve DigiSign over the course of the year.

My agents send me the documents that need my signature as part of the Digisign process. We do not wait to sign until after they add to the checklist. Things do not go onto our checklist until things are ready to be checked that they are completed.
