RequesterI know you currently have a team working on Digisign, but I was hoping there was time to make more suggestions.
1. When a packet is complete and we get the email saying so. It says "View Now", but you can't REALLY "view" it, you can only download it. This is frustrating. When docusign sends a completed email, you can see the PDF pop up and download only the pages you want. (see image) I don't want to download a packet with numerous docs, I want to be able to download them all separately, as I uploaded them.
2. In Docusign there is a section where we can add in additional info for quick drop in. Like the agents BRE or our Phone number, that way you don't have to manually type it each time. I have to have to type Keller William Realty Chico Area each time, a drop in would be nice. I have a team of agents and was able to put in all their phone numbers, addresses, BRE's, etc.
3. Each time I docusign something to myself, I have to choose my signatrure. Its not kept in a cache like Docusing. In Docusign the first time you (or a client) log on, you pick your signature, then you never have to do it again. But Digisign makes you do it EACH time!
4. This is minor, but the Digisign stamp at the top of the page is HUGE! Can you make that smaller, in case it has to be digisigned more than once?

Requester1. Yes, but to view it before having to download it would also be nice.
2. So the idea is that we can type in what every we want. Not premade text. I can create any custom field at a moments notice, to work for us. I can shot you over a quick video if you'd like to see what it looks like. That way as people join and leave our team, we can create and delete info at will. AgentThanks for all of the feedback, it's much appreciated! Overall I've heard a lot of this feedback before and agree with it.
1. Currently DigiSign sends all docs pack in one large PDF, and we want to be able to return these as individual documents for download or so you can more easily assign them to the appropriate checklist item.
2. Got it. Which fields do you think would be most useful? You mentioned BRE, Broker Name, and Phone Number. What do you think about adding the property address as well, so you don't have to type that in every time within the same transaction?
3. & 4. Understood and I'll see what we can do.
