DigiSign is Terrible

The one single reason that has been difficult for me to get my agents to use SkySlope is because of DigiSign. It is a terrible esign app and I really wish we were integrated with... pretty much anything else.

 

As an example - sending the Seller's Property Disclosure to the Seller to fill out and sign is embarrassing. I had to painstakingly create a template to even allow the Seller to fill it out and this includes around 100 checkboxes. The Seller is forced to click through every. single. checkbox. It makes absolutely no sense and I cannot figure out any other way to keep the entire flow of the transaction within SkySlope because of this.

It is the same with a form that has a ton of areas to fill out. A lot of the areas may not pertain to them yet they have to hit "next" 50 times to be able to send the document in. Zipforms and Authentisign are two great examples to see how it is supposed to be done.

That also brings me to the fact that you cannot require some areas of the form to be filled out prior to them being able to send it in. A lot of items are optional but some are not and we should be able to differentiate.

Please, please tell me there is a fix in the near future!!

Agree! We can't send out any disclosures to be Digisigned for this same exact reason. This gets clients frustrated that there is still a document that they have to manually fill out and scan back to us.

Thanks Buck! I found out about the revamp after this suggestion and I am VERY EXCITED!!!

Definitely the biggest thing is making forms fillable for the clients in a better way. As I describe in my suggestion, currently if you have something with a TON of checkboxes, it makes the client click "next" through every single one even if it doesn't apply to them.

I can see your frustration as compared to some of the other for fee signing products. We are actively working toward revamping DigiSign overall; however, that new product won't be integrated in the near future. I'll ensure the team sees your input to determine if there are some small changes we can make sooner.
