Formatting issue in DigiSign

DigiSign should flatten documents when uploading them to start new envelopes.

PDFs occasionally get scrambled when they're brought into DigiSign. Sometimes certain letters are omitted, other times text within a box or frame gets scrambled. I've been told by support that it's an issue created when the document has been given security restrictions from another digital signature service. Further, that those documents would need to be flattened in a separate program before bringing them into DigiSign.

There is no determinable consistency with these documents so we don't know which are going to have this issue until they're in DigiSign. We've never had this in the many years of using Docusign so I know there is a solution DigiSign can implement. It is a major inconvenience and we'll have to go back to Docusign if it's not resolved.
