Digisign - Add documents from "Working Documents -- > Office Docs"

When creating an envelope in Digisign...

You can currently select a group of files from the "Working Documents/Personal Docs" section.  You can also then UPLOAD documents from your computer to the envelope for signing as well.  But there isn't a way to simply add documents from the "Working Documents -> Office Docs"

We are keeping several of our company disclosures in the Office Docs box.  It appears the current workflow will require us to upload the documents from our computer even though they are already in the Skyslope Office Docs.

Wishes to move documents from Personal Docs into the Office docs file? I have Personal Docs understood but I am unable to put these docs into the Office docs folder from Personal docs? I also have no way of uploading docs into Office docs? I can drag or click upload in the Personal docs folder but can not do this in the Office docs folder?

Hi Scott,

 

I think I got it. What you are saying is that the repetitive task is an annoyance and if we had forms product that is embedded into SkySlope where you just select the form (which is persistent) add or import info and then send for signature.

If I got it right then, yes, you are correct that what we are looking to develop with a forms product would enable this experience.

Thanks Buck, I think this is probably a good fit for the "forms" type product that I heard a little bit about on the fire side chat.

We have 3 or 4 internal forms that are not in our external form system.  Right now I have uploaded them to the office documents and it would be extremely helpful to be able to copy these forms from the office documents on SkySlope into a transaction to be able to be signed in DigiSign.  Right now we have to upload the documents from our computer each time, for each transaction.  Which also isn't a big deal.  But it means we can't easily build the library of forms out without having to send it to each agent, etc.  Then we don't have a central place to easily store them inside of SkySlope.

Hopefully that clarifies a little bit.

Buck, VP of Product here at SkySlope. Thank you for taking the time to submit a suggestion!

I might be confused on your question but you can select documents in "Office Docs" then select DigiSign in the top right to get the doc signed and returned to a property address. Please expand more on this if I'm not misunderstanding the request.
