Digisign / date / time stamp

With docusign, all initials / signatures are automatically date and time stamped. It would be really nice if digisign offered this functionality as well. As an example, if a contract had something added after it had already been executed by all, showing a date / time stamp would tell all parties what the last 'true' date was on the contract which is important to our business.
