I really dislike the new Digisign. Not easier to use! I used to be able to go through a doc with the same field over and over, but now I have to click for the field I want every time. Example: Client needs to initial the doc, so I would go through and initial, scroll, initial, scroll, etc. Now I have to choose initial before every one. Our contracts are 18 pages long. So having to do that 18 times instead of once is NOT efficient. Next, there is not "read only" or writable for text fields. Default is writable, and I need the ability to do read only so they can't change the text. Next, when I download the document, it doesn't save as the file it was when I uploaded it. It's untitled1, untitled2, etc., so I have to go back and change the name of all my documents after they are signed. Plus it doesn't save client names and emails. So I have to go to my email, copy and paste their email, or type it out, every. time. With all these negatives, it takes me 2-3 times as long to accomplish the same task. YUCK! I think that's enough complaining for now, though I could go on, but suffice it to say, keep the more user friendly version around, please!!
