Multiple inputs of same property

Hi,

Is there any way to identify each input on the main screen instead of opening each one up to find the one you need to access?  For example, when a property has gone U/C and then been cancelled multiple times and you type in the address, they all come up and look identical.  Frustrating to have to keep opening each transaction up to get to the one you you are looking for.

  • Would it be beneficial if you had the ability to filter the list of file names when searching an address?
  • Would it be helpful to only show the files that are active when searching the address?

  I vote for being able to only show the files that are active, or having a drop-down for "See More" if there is more than 1 cancelled file.
