It would be helpful if there was a setting or option to have completed documents delivered via an attachment rather than a link. The links are often not understood by clients and/or brokers. Thanks!

Kallie from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! I've documented your request and also had a couple of questions for you:- When you are sending these completed documents, is it through an email via the documents tab in SkySlope?
- Would it be beneficial if when the link was delivered it also had a pdf attachment of the completed documents?

I agree with Wendy. When the "all signed" email comes back, it should have the pdf of the signed documents attached to that email. Currently you have to click with the window, wait for a pop up, then have a pdf appear that you can save. The pdf is what you want to forward to other agents, attorneys or clients. You don't want them to have to try to open and download it.
