Custom Messages To Individual Recipients

Hey guys,

Any chance you can add the ability to dictate individual custom messages to each recipient in a DigiSign envelope?

Currently, the platform only allows for one blanket message to be sent. We get the 'Subject' line and a body. That goes to all recipients. That's fine and dandy. However, some of the other competing digital signature platforms out there allow for custom messages to be sent to one or more parties in the chain of recipients. Example:

Recipient 1 (Signer): "Please sign this"

Recipient 2 (Get's Copy): "Please see this fully executed document. Call me with any questions"

Recipient 3 (Get's copy): "Please upload this to SkySlope and our private cloud drive system"

Recipient 4 (Get's copy): "Great to see they finally signed! What a headache!"

 

Having this would be an awesome next step. It will probably get me to cancel the other digital signing program I pay for if this was implemented.

  • Would it be helpful if there was a dropdown selection on the individual emails you could click on to edit a customized message or a send to all option?
  • Would you like to see all party's custom messages at once in a listed view instead?

  I think all at once would be better. Having to toggle between multiple signers/messages creates added clicks. Other platforms have the customize message feature and you can see all the messages in a list on your screen. Almost exactly like how Will outlined in his first message.
