when there is more then 1 file for the same property and you go to choose where a document should go once it is signed there is no agent name next to the files in order to figure out which file you want to send the signed document back to!

  • How often do you find that there is more than 1 file for a property?

  My role at the brokerage is Admin

  There is always a second file when our office represents both sides of a transaction. It happens regularly.
