1. Create a button that says 'final submission' for agents
2. Create status that says 'pending close'
Currently an admin wouldnt know if an agent is done submitting each item on their checklist without going through one by one of the expired transactions. By adding a button or checkbox that is the final submission for agents, and creating a new status, the admin will know this is now available for 'final' review and to close
1. Create automatic email alert to Agent when transaction is closed by Admin
Currently, Admin needs to create a 'closed' email template, update agent, then close. The email should automatically send based on the Admin moving the transaction to close. Make this email template but allow it to be customizable.
For example, there are times you may need the agent to do an additional step to satisfy internal needs (i.e., update CRM)
Email Subject: Property Address -Transaction Closed
Congratulations! This transaction has been marked closed by your Admin.
