I think it would be beneficial for the Manage Listings/Manage Transactions screen be usable as a spreadsheet/at a glance view. I would be nice to add/change/delete columns specific to what we want to view and track. Photo dates, Launch/Open House dates, Listing Status (pre list, coming soon, active, under contract), inspection period ending, notes, etc. And if we were able to have those dates/fields included in the information tab, be able to link it all to automated reminder emails, and be able to sort by each column, that would just make it perfect.

- Would it be beneficial to see them all listed in a preview setting, separating the active listings and pending transactions when you first log in?
- How would you like to categorize the files listed (ie - by the date entered, or once the file is active/pending/closing)? Would customization here be valuable?
- What would you suggest as the most important items to see in the preview/glance view? (i.e - dates/list-sales price/client name)?
- Can you give a little more details on what you have in mind when you say "automated reminder emails?"
