Admins should be able to access / view as another user. If an agent leaves the brokerage, the listing or transaction stays with the brokerage. Currently we'd have to go in and change their password to access and get access to their email address to reset.

The creator of your Skyslope account (whoever is the real admin) has to give you access to that. Once they make it so you're able to add/deactivate users you just go into your account- manage agents and then you can change emails etc.
I am the main admin. i dont want to deactivate them. I want to be able to see their active forms and files before it is converted to a transaction in skyslope.

- yes, there are many times where we are training new agents and without doing a screenshare it is hard to help them troubleshoot. this is also a newly implement software for our brokerage so it helps in being able to test issues.
- additionally, we will shortly be integrating SkySlope to our CRM and it will be challenging to test and create requirements without the ability to see their forms.
- from a compliance standpoint it will also help in ensuring they are using appropriate templates and trainings for which forms should be used or added for specific transaction types.
