We have an office with multiple admin and would love to be able to share task lists between us, so we can pick up where another left off.

Hi there, between myself and the other "auditors" in my office is how this would be beneficial. We each often handle a different part of a whole transaction, sometimes picking up the slack in different spots. Being able to pick up where the other left off would be immensely helpful.
