Not Required from quick audit on iPad

I am starting to work on my iPad for audits every I am on the road. In general the the UI is pretty wonky.  SO I would love to see some changes there. However one feature I can’t seem to find is a way to make a doc not required in Quick Audit on my iPad.  Is this true.
