Remove Buyer in contacts tab

Hello, sometimes buyers are removed from contracts. When this happens we would like to remove their name from the contacts tab. At the moment, this is not possible. We have to currently put "Removed" in the name spots where it is listed as a required field. 
Can we please get the ability to remove buyers :) Thank you!

  Would be nice to view the log when a deal is incomplete so we can see when the agent opened it or if they're in the middle of creating the file.
