Everytime I create a file in Skyslope to write an offer, I have to re-enter all of my client's information, First Name, Last Name, eMail Address, etc. If I have already done this for a client, Skyslope should autocreate an address book so I can simply select my client from a dropdown box. Zipforms does this and it saves a lot of time. With Skyslope, I have to look up their information each time. This is nonsense and not user friendly. I see other posts that are 10+ months old requesting this and the answer is we will sent it to our developer teams. Well, put a fire under your development teams manager. We users, need this addressed. Very time consuming and if I didn't have to use Skyslope forms, I wouldn't.

Hi Robert & Bill!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback. This makes total sense to me and I understand how this would be frustrating. We will be sure to have an update for you as soon as we can! In the meantime, I've documented your request for our team to review and we will continue to monitor this post for additional feedback and upvotes.
Thanks again and have a great day!
I agree we need this. Plus there is no way to know if this is even on the radar even though there was a post 10 months ago. A developer priority list wold be nice. Some items asked for seem simple to accommodate.
I agree and would love to see this feature as well!
Totally agree...zipForm and DocuSign both have this feature and it is invaluable!
I agree. This is VERY NEEDED!
Hello Robert and commenters!
Charleigh again from the Product team here at SkySlope. In the meantime, I'd like to demonstrate a potential work around for this situation. When several file details are going to be similar, you may be able to duplicate the file. This will copy contacts and documents, then you'd need to update the Address and override the existing data using our MLS import tool.
We will be sure to keep you all updated as we make progress on this feature!
Thank you so much and have a great day!
I agree. There should be an easy way to populate our clients contact information for future contracts.
This is just one of MANY threads on this subject...
Hey Skyslope. It's been a year on this topic. Where are you with adding this feature? Your workaround adds more work and time to the transaction.
2 years and no update on this simple request?
I just did a transaction for a client as a seller and now I'm about to start a transaction for her as a buyer, there are no similarities between the envelopes so it doesn't make sense to duplicate them but it's the same client. It's ludracris that I have to reenter her email address and create a separate file for her. At the very least we should be able to pic the client from past clients but ideally there should be a standing client profile under which each transaction is nested so they are easier to find later.
Hi All,
Viktoriya here from the Product Team. Thank you all for these great suggestions! I'd like to inform you all that this is something we are looking into at the moment and doing extensive research on. I will update this thread as soon as I get further information.
In the meantime, are there any other suggestions related to this request? I would love to hear more and hop on a call!
Thank you!
Hey Product Team,
It's been over two years since this was requested. and I just read that you are doing extensive research. I doubt that. I believe you are NOT looking into it and taking extensive time to delay a much needed feature. How much RESARCH is needed when you hear your customers asking for it. It is an address book. I used to write software programs and this is one of the easiest things to write. I do not believe you are actually working on this request. If you are, what is the delay. There is no research needed after two (2) years. Other products are advancing, while you are researching. Please update us with a real answer we can believe. As I do not believe you are even working on it.
