If the email address assigned to the transaction is unique, why does it have to disappear when the transaction is cancelled? There are so many reasons NOT to have that address disappear. The main one is that documents still may need to be added after the file is cancelled. Most of those transactions are sales. So, If we are holding EMDs on those deals, there are steps that are being taken outside of the Skyslope file that we still need to keep track of after the actual file is cancelled. If the email address was still attached, it would make it SO much easier to add the post-cancelation documents from all sources. Please leave the email address on the file.
