Agents want the ability to add a comment to a line item in a file and that triggers a notification to the auditing team that a comment was added. Something to think about how and who would be notified.

This is a fabulous idea. It will decrease turn around times (when waiting for specific info, documentation, etc). and increase client satisfaction and work productivity.
For me as a full service TC it would not really be beneficial to me. I am the one that would be inputting any comments. BUT, for a compliance TC it would most likely be a good feature.

I cannot believe this hasn't been requested before! We are just launching and I'm very surprised that there is no notification for the comments on a checklist... what is the work around for when agents want clarification on a comment left by staff? Email? Yes this would be amazingly helpful and I hope this is implemented very soon.
How many votes does one feature need before SkySlope actually takes action to make it happen? Thanks.
