    Hi Liana,

Eric, with our Product Team, here! We are including a strikethrough feature with our upcoming major update to DigiSign. Currently, the strikethrough option will allow you to draw a black line anywhere on the document.

Can you tell me more about the need for "color" with this particular option?

    Hi Eric,

The option for a red line and black line strike-out option would keep things nicely organized, easy to follow, and neat on a contract.

So...  where is the strike out line?  It's been 2 years.  Is it implemented?

    Hi Calvin!

Kallie from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback!  There is currently a major update happening within DigiSign to provide this feature. Our teams are working to roll this out to all users as soon as possible. We will keep this thread up to date with changes!

Thanks again and have a great day!

This is the same "major update" that the other rep mentioned 2 years ago?

Not to be rude, but to put it bluntly... that is what we were told 2 years ago.

    Hey Calvin!

You are correct that this is the same major update that was mentioned before. After rolling out this new version to a small group of users, we took some additional time to ensure that this was the best version of DigiSign that it could be. We apologize for the extended wait and we're looking forward for you to try it! As Kallie mentioned, we will keep this thread up to date with any changes.

In the meantime, if SkySlope Forms is available in your area, you can get a sneak peak of what this new version looks like! You can even upload your own documents to Forms and send for signature there.

Thanks again and have a great day!

    Charleigh, Product Operations
