Ability to receive email message in Log History

    Hi Maria,

    Thank you for the feedback. To clarify, are you wanting to see the email response in the "Comments" column of the Log? Or the printable log? Both? Or maybe something else?

    In addition (you may already know this) if you click on "EML REC" link in the "Type" column of the log you are able to view the email response.

    Hi Megan-

    I would like to be able to see the response to my message to the agent in the Comments under the Log tab. Currently, it only records what I send the agent. I actually chatted with one of your techs about this and he told me that there's no way to see the response in the Comments and suggested I open this request here. You are telling me the opposite and I see don't see the response. What am I missing here? Thanks

    Hi Maria,

    I sent you an email with a video for a little more clarification to see if that helps. As for adding email responses in the comments section of the log, that sounds like a great enhancement to the workflow and we will continue to monitor requests for that feature - thank you!
