    It sounds like this a problem our rockstar Support team can assist you with. I will have them reach out to you to troubleshoot this to see if its a browser setting, internet, or another issue that is causing this to occur for you. They will be able to fully diagnose what is occurring for you! They will give you a call or email soon!
