When we have an outbound referral it would be helpful if we could enter the GCI minus the referral, and also have the amount of the referral be included in the demand so escrow could pay it out at closing. In commissions fields it shows the GCI based upon an automatically generated equation from sales price, and % paid to listing or selling broker. Maybe we are missing something, but if I have a $ 100,000 sale at 3% -- $ 3000 shows as GCI. BUT, then I pay another agent out of company a 25% referral so they will receive $ 750, and we receive $ 2250. On the Master closing report it shows as $ 3000 commission. Do we have to manually figure that out or are we just missing a step
