Add TC email addresses to both sides of transaction.

    Hey Edith,

    Thanks for taking the time to provide us this feedback. One way to solve this problem is to add your TC's email to your Alternative Email under your My Account settings. This will automatically have them receive all communications on your file and any other notification you receive!

    For the second part of your request, when you are typing an email when you start the type the first 3 letters of your TC's name, their name and email will populate in a list of options below to help you out. It sounds like you might be typing to fast or your TC is not in your SkySlope directory. If you have any issues setting your TC's email to your alternative email or checking for them in your directory our rockstar support team can assist you!
