I have suggestions for improvement:
Many Realtors don't have access to their Broker in a timely manner and as we upload documents into Sky Slope we get them kicked back because the Broker hasn't initialed them yet. There needs to be a way the Broker and initial documents as they approve our files. Otherwise, there are hours of wasted time.
Sky Slope has not document titled "Wire Fraud Addendum" to split the Wire Fraud Addendum to.
When Splitting documents the screen is so small it's impossible to read. Why is there a need to have the window so small?
When asking for the source of the sale, there are too many irrelivant catagories. Such as, a referral and the choice is personal or corporate. A personal referral would be from Sphere of Influence and a personal referral can't be paid. And why is there a mandatory window asking if the lead was office or not. That is redundant and confusing.
The windows and pop up selections need to be taylorable to each office. I get your product is used by many brokerages and many states, however each state and area uses different terms and documents. There doesn't need to be a dozen selections for where the lead came from, when our office has traditionally only had 5-6 choices and we use different language for those selections.
