    Thanks for your suggestion! Great idea to add those status change options within the file. We'll monitor this for upvotes!

    We have always required a new document to be uploaded to an incomplete as the intention of the new file is to replace the old. In Quick Audit  you  should be able "un-reject" which will allow you to mark is as complete. Hope that helps!
