Agent Can Add Items to Checklist
It's impossible to anticipate every single checklist item that might come up. It's also cumbersome to list every single possible document. Agents should have access to add and name their own items to the checklist.

Thanks for taking the time to provide us this feedback. I understand this request and will be monitoring this post for up-votes! In the meantime, since your Broker creates your checklist's items I would reach out to them or your office admin to create a Misc. Item to alleviate this pain point.
