More and more clients are using mobile devices to sign documents. I found legal size documents are getting compressed and are not able to uncompress. This makes documents hard to read.

SkySlope does not automatically compress or uncompress documents when they are uploaded to the system. Are you having issues with clients that sign DigiSign documents on their phones? Can you elaborate on the issue you are having with this so I can better understand this request?
