    Thank you for taking the time to submit a suggestion! 


    To make sure I understand, it sounds like you are asking for a way to notify additional people when a document has been sent for signatures, to reduce the potential for duplicate effort? Do they need to see the documents as well or just have an understanding that it has been sent and by whom? Lastly, is it always the same people or do they change depending on the documents being sent out?
