Just an FYI that per support, an admin does NOT get an email stating a checklist is completed, which is a bit bizarre. You can only set it that the agent gets an email once the file has been audited/approved, an admin can only get an email stating when documents get uploaded (individually, not collectively). Kind of odd and would be great in future if an agent could hit “submit” when done and then admin gets notified the checklist is ready for auditing! Thank you!
