Whenever transaction type is selected, required items on the checklist should automatically populated based on that type

Our office has created different listing and transaction checklists (ie Condo, Residential, Vacant Land, Commercial, Short Sale, etc.). Each checklist populates is own unique items that agents are required to provide. The agent has the ability to select the appropriate checklist type at the beginning of the listing/transaction.
