    Hi Linda,

    Thanks for sharing. Your preference would be to include the full history on the summary?

    Also, since you're using it for a commission request, have you tried our Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) feature? It allows you to enter disbursements and then you can easily share it with anyone you'd like.

    I completely agree with Linda.  I need ALL the notes to print.  Why did they change this?  What a hassle!!!

    DITTO !   need all the notes.  It is a waste of time to have to add the previous notes information if you need prior information notes to show on trans summary (which i need)  .  Hope you can fix this and quickly.  thanks

    Can you help us better understand what you do with the transaction summary? Do you send it to escrow, use it to keep a paper record of the transaction or something else?

    I send it to our accounting office after closing to authorize the agent to be paid.  I include the check number, our internal accounting number and whether or not it's okay to pay the agent or if we are holding the check for missing paperwork.  Now that I've used the new commission section I like it.  I like that the notes that have been put in can't be deleted like they could before.  When I send the final transaction summary I just copy and paste the notes that I want to include.  It makes me look at all of them, which is a good thing, so I don't miss something relevant.

    Hi Buck, in answer to your question.  Because there are no fields in the commission area to enter in a commission price nor an MLS Fee adjustment, (Multiple listing service fee), or any other concessions that would cause the commission amount to be based on anything other than the Sales Price, Since there is no standard, we have our agents use this field to provide the information that is needed to prepare the commission statement with the correct calculation and what price it should be calculated on and what adjustments are necessary.  If for some reason, a 2nd comment is added, the commission calculation details will not show when I print out the summary, only the most recent comment will show.    I print out the trans summary as it give me all the info I need to type up a commission statement without having to have multi programs open and having to flip to different tabs to get the commission statement info needed.   Hope this helps.

    Thank you for your feedback! We have released an enhancement earlier this year, on Jan 9th, that ensures all historical comments are included in the transaction summary.
