Saving working contracts and being able to send to colleague for proofing

It would be amazing if there were some way to save a working document.  Also much needed, is a way to share the draft for proofreading or collaboration. 

Drafts isn't cutting it.  Work gets lost, you can't name it, you can't print to pdf, etc. etc. etc.
