These are some issues I see with SkySlope that make it very frustrating:
1. I get emails the day BEFORE closing that the file is due to close and documents are due. These documents cannot be loaded until AFTER closing because they are part of the closing process. Stop sending these emails until AFTER closing.
2. I get emails about transactions that have already closed saying that I need to upload the required documents, but they are already there and are marked COMPLETE. Redefine your triggers.
3. I have had transactions (and have one now) that get marked EXPIRED on the day of closing. The final documents CANNOT be loaded until AFTER closing since the documents are not available (see #1 above). In one case, the transaction closed a day early and it still got market EXPIRED. Stop marking files EXPIRED until AFTER closing, not before.
Or do I have to put a closing date two or three days after the actual date to get these stupid emails and file notifications to stop?
