    Hey Aubrey and Taylor,

Thank you so much for your feedback, I have a few questions to ask to get a better understanding of what you're looking for.

    1. Can you tell me what cases you would be going to "Manage Transactions" or "Manage Listings" instead of going to "Documents to Review"?
    2. In "Manage Transactions" and "Manage Listings" what exactly are you looking to do once on that page?
    3. Are there other places in SkySlope that you travel to multiple times a day?

Because you have limited "roles" not everyone that has an admin role reviews documents, and therefore would never click "documents to review". Speaking for myself, I am usually providing support. I have to go into the Manage Transactions or Manage Listings dashboards (or others) to find specific transactions/listings. We sometimes have the problem of duplicate transactions or listings being added, so it helps me to look at the list of transactions to see if one is expired perhaps, etc. From there, I may have to go into the transaction and review log notes or look at the checklist, etc. Once I am done with that file, it would be helpful if I had a shortcut to go back to the Manage Transactions or Manage Listings Dashboard so that I can find the next transaction that I need to investigate, rather than clicking on the logo, going back to the main dashboard, and then clicking on the Manage Transactions icon again (too many clicks). I do this all day long so the clicks add up. I do sometimes use Documents to Review, so I wouldn't replace that one, but I never use working documents or digisign. I'm sure that is different for everyone that uses SkySlope, so the suggestion above of a customizable shortcut button (or two) sounds great.

I work mostly on Manage Transactions - Correcting contract prices/ commissions/ closing dates/ buyers & sellers names/ adding notes to the file for our BIC/ looking for "missing" documents on the checklist in the documents tab

When I work in Manage listings - I am canceling expired listings/ asking agents upload amendments/ adding MLS numbers/ making notes on the file for our BIC.

"Review documents" is only good if something is just being submitted for review but I cannot correct the file from there.

I really wish that when you backed out of a file the page you were on would be the page that came back up - if I'm on pg 6 now when I open a file and click back it takes you to pg 1. I wish it would go back to pg 6

    Thank you Ssadmin and Audrey,

You two both gave me some really good context. I am going to repeat it back to make sure I understood correctly, and you two can expand on anything I may have missed.

Depending on your "role" the majority of your work is not reviewing documents on the checklist. You may be doing things like eliminating duplicate files, updating some information in the file, reviewing the property log, or canceling the file. All these things you can more easily do from Manage Transactions/ Listings. Is that about right?

And Audrey to your point about going back to page 6, it sounds like when you work you are just going down the list looking for the next file you need to work. So when you worked the first file you needed to on page 6, you want to be taken back to page 6 to jump on the next file. How do you know what file to work on next once you are back to page 6?

It just depends on the day. Sometimes I am looking to see if the MLS number was entered. Sometimes I am looking through files based on status - why is the file expired. Other times I may be looking to see how many items on their checklist are incomplete.

Gotcha, so identifying the "next" file varies, sometimes it's by MLS number, other times it is to investigate why a file expired. Thank you, that is very helpful to know.

Yes, like Audrey I sort by different things at different times depending on what I need to manage at the time... and I completely agree that going back to the page you were on before you drilled into a transaction would be very helpful. As the broker admin of a large brokerage, I could have 50 or more pages that I am looking through. (If I have selected ALL offices I currently have 174 pages of transactions). Because there is no way to "jump to" a page (like page 15) I would have to click the next arrow 15 times to get where I need to be. Then if I drill into any transaction on page 15, I can't click "back" and go back to page 15. It takes me back to page one... and then i have to click "next" 15 times again to get back where I was in order to drill into the next transaction on page 15... and repeat as many times as necessary... then go to page 16...

I to would LOVE the ability to add customized header buttons, it is cumbersome to always have to go back to the home button to get your full list of buttons and then go back in to whatever you were working on before.  It's like a big circle.
