    Hey Office,

    John here. This sounds like an interesting request. I have a few questions to get a better understanding of what you're looking for.

    1. What are you doing with the pre-listing/ pre-transaction emails currently? 
    2. What do you do with those emails once you do have a listing or a transaction?
    3. What do you do with those emails if you and the client don't move forward to the point of creating a listing or a transaction? 
    4. What information do you have when you are pre-listing/ pre-transaction?
