    Hi Erin,

    Thanks for the suggestion! I can see the dilemma. If we made the change we'd have to make that a "turn-on" or "turn-off" because this could cause a lot of e-mail traffic and create a perception that the comment box is the way to communicate to admins or staff.

    Yes it would be handy for all of them to open at once for review.

    It would also be helpful if the staff were sent a notification when just a comment is placed by an agent. Currently, an agent will enter a new comment without uploading a doc because they need guidance, and we have not clue that they have submitted a question in the comments section. We mentioned this in the past and said that this is perhaps a training issue, however with close to a 1000 agents and new agents always joining, this is hard to continuously educate everyone. If the staff were at least notified that the agent wrote a comment, we could provide them quick assistance. Right now agents just think we are ignoring them.
