    You may not be scrolling down far enough to see the expired listing. You can also filter by status. If this is not helping please contact our support team to ensure this is not an issue with your instance or a bug we need to resolve.

    I would love to see the expired listings and archived files removed after 30 days from the eyeglass search too too many files in there and the active/pending files should always rise to the top of the search

    We'll be releasing improvements to global (eyeglass) search this year, so that you can find your files faster. Stay tuned for that release.
